🎯 The Pillars of Responsible Gambling at 0055bet
Six commitments 0055bet has made to every Brazilian user since day one.
Control in Your Hands
You set the limits on how much you deposit and bet — daily, weekly, and monthly. These limits are configured directly in your account and take effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 7-day cooling-off period; decreasing one is instant. You're in control.
Take a Break Whenever You Need One
Temporary self-exclusion lets you pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months — no explanations needed. During the pause, access to the platform is blocked and no promotional communications are sent. Resuming is straightforward whenever you feel ready.
Full Protection for Minors
0055bet is strictly for players aged 18 and over. We verify age at registration and may request documents at any time. Any account identified as belonging to a minor is closed immediately. If you have children at home, use parental controls on your device to block access to the site.
Full and Transparent History
Access a full history of all your bets, deposits, and withdrawals directly on the platform. Seeing the real numbers of what you've wagered, won, or lost over time is one of the most effective ways to stay in control and make informed decisions.
No Promotional Pressure
You can opt out of promotional communications — bonus emails, promotion notifications, and offer alerts — at any time in your account settings. 0055bet does not use pressure tactics to push you into betting beyond your means.
Specialized Human Support
Our support team is trained to identify and assist users who may be experiencing difficulties with gambling. All interactions are confidential, conducted in Portuguese, and available 24 hours a day. There's no judgment — just real support for anyone who needs it.
What Responsible Gambling Is and Why It Matters
Responsible gambling means betting consciously, within your financial and emotional means, with a clear understanding that outcomes — whether on the Brasileirão, slots, or live casino — are never guaranteed. At the 0055bet, this concept is not just on paper: it is built into every feature of the platform.
Betting on football while following the Brasileirão Série A or the Libertadores, spinning a slot after work, or joining a live blackjack table are all legitimate forms of entertainment — just like going to the movies or subscribing to a streaming service. The problem starts when betting stops being leisure and becomes a necessity, when the amounts wagered strain the household budget, or when chasing losses turns into an obsession.
0055bet actively invests in prevention because we believe a player who bets mindfully is a more satisfied player — one who stays on the platform longer and in a healthier way. There is no contradiction between delivering a quality betting experience and promoting responsible gambling: at 0055bet, the two go hand in hand.
This means that if our systems detect behavioral patterns that may indicate a problem — such as frequent and rapid deposit limit increases, bets placed at unusual hours over long consecutive periods, or repeated attempts to circumvent an active self-exclusion — our team will proactively reach out to offer support, without judgment.
If you've made it to this page, you're already taking an important step: getting informed. Read the sections below to understand which tools are available, how to use them, and what to do if you feel you need help.
📊 Healthy Betting: The Balance That Makes the Difference
Betting is a personal decision and should be treated as one. 0055bet provides the tools — using them mindfully is what keeps the experience a positive one.
🔧 Responsible Gambling Tools Available at 0055bet
All tools are accessible directly from your account — no need to contact support to activate them.
Deposit Limit
Set the maximum amount you can deposit within a 24-hour, 7-day, or 30-day period. The limit takes effect immediately after you save it. To increase a limit, a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period applies before the change goes live — decreasing a limit is always instant.
Session Betting Limit
Control the total amount you wager in a single betting session — whether you're following a Brasileirão match, playing slots, or joining the live casino. When the limit is reached, the platform automatically ends your betting session.
Session Time Limit
Set how long you want to spend on the platform in a single session. When the time you've chosen runs out, you'll receive a notification and the session will close automatically. Perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy the entertainment without losing track of time.
Temporary Self-Exclusion
Block access to your account for a set period — 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months. While the break is active, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. No promotional communications are sent during this time. You can resume once your chosen period has ended.
Permanent Self-Exclusion
If you decide you no longer want to use the platform, you can request permanent account closure. The process is irreversible — once confirmed, the account is permanently blocked and no new account can be opened with the same CPF. Any available balance will be refunded via Pix.
Activity History
Access a detailed report of all your bets, deposits, and withdrawals — including amounts, dates, and outcomes. Seeing the real numbers behind your activity on the platform is a powerful way to keep perspective on how much you're investing in your entertainment.
How to Activate the Control Tools
Log in to your account as usual using the "Sign In" button in the top menu of the platform.
Click on your profile icon (top right corner) and select "Settings" or "My Account".
In the settings menu, find the "Responsible Gambling" section — where all available control tools are located.
Select the desired tool, set the parameters (amount or time period), and confirm. Limits take effect immediately.
Prefer to activate the tools with some help? Our support team can do it for you in real time via live chat — available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in Portuguese.
🤔 Take the Self-Assessment: Are You in Control?
Answer the questions below honestly. If you find more than two situations that apply to your current betting behavior, consider using one or more of 0055bet's responsible gambling tools — or reaching out to our support team.
Have you ever bet more than you originally planned in a single session?
Have you ever tried to chase losses by placing new bets right away?
Have you ever used money set aside for bills, rent, or food to place a bet?
Do you feel irritable, anxious, or down when you can't bet?
Do you hide how much you bet from friends, your partner, or family?
Have you ever missed important commitments (work, family, social) because of betting?
Do you find yourself thinking about betting frequently throughout the day, even when you're doing something else?
Have you ever borrowed money to place bets or to cover gambling losses?
If you answered "yes" to two or more of these questions, it may be a good time to talk to someone. Our 0055bet support team is available 24 hours a day — no judgment.
✅ Signs of a Healthy Relationship with Betting
Responsible betting is entirely achievable. See what the experience looks like for players who keep gambling where it belongs — in the realm of entertainment.
You set a monthly entertainment budget (movies, streaming, betting) and stick to it — never dipping into money earmarked for bills.
When they lose, they stop. No chasing losses in the same session. Treating a loss as the cost of entertainment is a clear sign of healthy control.
Football, family, work, the gym — betting is just one part of life, not the center of it. People with varied interests rarely develop a problematic relationship with gambling.
Nothing to hide. Your partner, friends, or family know you bet — and you're comfortable with that. The need to hide it is an important warning sign.
Setting deposit and session time limits is a habit for anyone who takes responsible gambling seriously — and 0055bet makes it as easy as possible.

0055bet's Real Commitment to Responsible Gambling
It would have been easy for 0055bet put together a responsible gambling page full of generic copy just to tick a box. That's not what we do. Our commitment is structural: the control tools were built alongside the platform, not bolted on afterward.
This means every limit feature and self-exclusion tool has been tested, reviewed, and refined based on real feedback from Brazilian users. It means our support team receives specific training to identify and assist with problem gambling situations. It means we don't use design tactics that encourage excessive betting — no artificial countdowns, no "last chance" bonus pop-ups, no pressure notifications.
We believe that a user who has a healthy relationship with betting is the user who keeps enjoying the platform for years — and that's far better, for them and for us, than any short-term gain made through questionable practices. That's what responsible gambling means to us in practice.
Deposit limits, session limits, and self-exclusion were built with the same priority as the betting features themselves — not added as an afterthought.
No manipulative design tactics, no pressure notifications, no incentives to bet beyond what you planned.
Our systems detect warning behaviors and our team acts proactively — before a problem escalates.
Strictly prohibited for anyone under 18 — no exceptions. Age is verified via CPF and photo ID, and any account found to belong to a minor is closed immediately.
All of our agents receive dedicated training to handle problem gambling situations with empathy, discretion, and effectiveness.
